In 2009, Daqing Refining & Chemical Co., with the cooperation of relevant departments and professional plants, through full investigation and repeated data demonstration, proposed that the project transformation program was strongly supported by the superior department, and successfully completed the project transformation work during the inspection and repair period. After preliminary calibration, the day-to-day electricity consumption of the diesel hydrogenation unit has reached about 15,000 kilowatt-hours.
