Analysis report of graphite ore in Xinghe County, Inner Mongolia

Recently, the graphite mine in Xinghe County, Inner Mongolia, commissioned a research institute to conduct a beneficiation study on the fine flake graphite of the mine . The characteristics of the test composition graphite ore minerals, ore sample test known as white mica schist graphite, graphite-containing external addition, feldspar, quartz, muscovite more content, additionally also contain minor amounts of biotite and rutile. The fixed ore content of the ore is 11.20%, the diameter of the graphite scale is 0.01-0.07 mm, and the aggregate size is 0.10-0.68 mm, which belongs to fine scale graphite. This test uses graphite flotation separation using DKY-10 Restraint agent inhibits gangue, using kerosene as collector, frother flotation II oil as graphite, mine the ore samples a floating system The condition test and the flotation process are compared. The fixed carbon content of the test sample is 11.20%. After rough grinding, rough selection, sweeping and second-stage re-grinding, the closed-circuit process test is selected. The final indicators are shown in Table 1. It shows that the graphite in this mining area has good selectivity, and after full cleavage, the mid-range graphite products can be obtained by flotation.
