China's first single-screw water-lubricated air compressor has been successfully tested

Recently, China's first single-screw water-lubricated oil-free air compressor was successfully tested in the high-tech zone of Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, and it is expected to be fully operational by the end of this year. This project not only fills the gap in the domestic compressor sector, but also breaks Japan’s international monopoly position in this field.

Single-screw water-lubricated oil-free air compressors are energy-saving and environmentally-friendly products and are key projects under the 863 program. Previously, only Japan Mitsui had this technology in the world. After years of unremitting efforts by Hebei Haiwei Seiko Co., Ltd., the technology has been successfully developed and has independent intellectual property rights. The core components of the product, Star Wheel, have surpassed the world's similar products. The product can be widely used in various industries of the national economy, including transportation, construction, refrigeration and air-conditioning, etc. Its characteristic is that the medium used for compressor lubrication is water, completely free of oil, and produces pure and oil-free compressed air, completely changing The production environment of certain industries ensures the purity of the air. In order to achieve the mass production of the product, the company has a new production line project with a total investment of 300 million yuan. The designed production capacity is 10,000 units per year. It is estimated that the initial output value will be 3.68 billion yuan, and the total profit and tax will be 750 million yuan. At present, the investment in this project has exceeded 100 million yuan, and an R&D base has been established in Beijing. Auxiliary facilities such as production workshops and office buildings are under intense construction; 3.5 cubic meters and 6 cubic meters of products have been successfully tested.
