On July 18, 2014, the 5.29-speed ratio berm gear pair was successfully tested in the gear processing department. At this point, the bridge box company's five kinds of speed ratio MAN heavy-duty bevel gears have achieved mass production.

The 5.29 speed ratio bevel gear pair can bear higher torque compared with other speed ratio bevel gear sets produced in the company before. It is suitable for low speed and large torque occasions such as buses and dump trucks.

Trial production of new products, from tool design to process parameter design, to machine parameter setting, involves as many as hundreds of design data. If one of the data is wrong, it may lead to waste products.

Bridge Box Company sums up the processing experience of existing MAN bevel gears. Starting from the blank design, all parameters have been verified theoretically, software tested, and repeatedly revised. During the trial production process, the problem of pre-grooving of the positioning sleeve of the driving gear milling tooling and the problem of the P65 machine tool vibration caused by the excessive weight of the driven wheel were solved. After a lot of efforts, the final success was achieved.

Grinding Mills

Grinding mills are machines used to break solid materials into smaller pieces by grinding, crushing, or cutting. They are commonly used in the mining, construction, and chemical industries to reduce the size of materials such as rocks, minerals, or grains.
There are various types of grinding mills, each designed for specific applications. Some common types include:

1. Ball mills: These mills use balls made of steel or other materials to grind the material. The balls are placed inside a rotating drum, which causes them to collide with the material, resulting in size reduction.

2. Rod mills: Similar to ball mills, rod mills also use rods instead of balls for grinding. The rods are placed inside a rotating drum and tumble the material, breaking it down into smaller pieces.

3. Vertical roller mills: These mills have a vertical orientation and use rollers to grind the material. They are often used in cement and mining industries.

Grinding mills can be powered by electricity, diesel, or gas engines. They can also be operated manually in smaller-scale operations. The choice of grinding mill depends on factors such as the material being processed, desired particle size, and production capacity.
