Load

Connect oil express lead you to remove the fat from meal which the fat contains of final meal is about 8%. It help customers get high quality and good appearance of products.
Working Principle

When the cooked meal feed in to express, as the two screw pitch is gradually reduced along the discharge end, the bottom diameter is gradually increasing, so the raw material in second screw slot is gradually compressed, the pressure is up to 1.5Mpa. The oil and water outflow from stainless steel filter mesh with the continuous compression of raw material. Filter pore size is from φ4.5mm to φ1mm descending arranged, oil and water are collected by bucket, squeezed bread fall from the discharge port , and dry in the dryer which transport by screw conveyor.
